Health Insurance

-       All Ajou International Students are required to purchase health insurance. IF YOU ARE NOT INSURED, issuance of the documents such as Certificate of Enrollment, Transcript, E-Class use and etc. can be restricted.

-       Those who have brought the insurance from home can consult with the insurance agent for possible use of the insurance, and submit the copy of insurance plan to the OIA.

-       Please complete the insurance contract form and submit it to the insurance agent during the following dates:

n  Aug 28^th (Thurs) 14:00-18:00 at Global Education Lounge (Yulgok #153)

-       IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE HEALTH INSURANCE AFTER Aug. 28th, you can come to the Global Education Lounge (Yulgok #153) on Thursday (14:00~16:00) in the 1^st & 3^rd week every month or on Thursday (10:00~12:00) in the 2^nd & 4^th week every month until the  end of the  semester.

      ** Since 2nd week of October, 4th week of December are holiday, you have to come to Global Education Lounge at 8^th October, 24^th December (Wednesday)

건강보험

-       모든 아주대 외국인 학생들은 보험이 의무이며, 만약 아직 보험에 들지 않았으면, 등록증명서, 성적증명서 발급제한 및  E-Class 사용제한등의 제제가 가해질 예정임.

-       고국에서 보험가입시, 보험중개인과 한국에서의 사용가능여부 확인 후 국제협력팀(OIA)에 의료보험 사본 제출.

-       보험에 들고자 한다면 보험가입양식을 채우고, 밑에 공시한 날짜에 글로벌 라운지(율곡관 153호)에 방문해 보험 중개사에게 양식 제출.

일시: 8월 28일(목) 14:00~18:00 (글로벌 라운지)

-       8월 28일 이후에 가입하고자 하는 학생은 보험가입양식을 다 채운 후에 서류를 가지고 학기 중 매달 첫째 주와 셋째 주 목요일 14:00부터 16:00까지 글로벌라운지(율곡관 153호)로 오거나, 매달 둘째 주와 넷째 주 목요일 10:00부터 12:00까지 글로벌 라운지로 방문. (아래 날짜확인)

      ** 10월 둘째 와 12월 넷째 주는 휴일이므로, 보험을 가입하시기 위해서는 10월 8일(수), 12월 24일(수)에 방문해주시기 바랍니다
