2.   Visa documents

-    certificate of admission, certificate of scholarship, invitation letter, tuition bill

-    International students who live abroad : We will send them to you.

-    International students who live in Korea : You have to visit graduate school office and take the documents for changing or extending visa ( #305 Yulgok Hall, Please contact us before visiting our Office for checking required documents are prepared.)

 

3. Registration

   You can also print out tuition bill on web site ( http://grad.ajou.ac.kr ) from August 20^th (Thu)

    a. period : from August. 24^th (Mon), 2015 ~ August. 26^th (Wed), 2015

    b. Payment Place : Standard Chartered Bank

       (only available during bank working hours at 09:30 ~ 16:30 on Aug.24th(Mon) ~ Aug.26th(Wed))

        If you cannot pay tuition fee in that period above, your admission will be cancelled.

4. Scholarship

   Your scholarship information is on the tuition bill.

   Only students who earned a minimum of 4 credits in the previous semester (including research (thesis) credits) and  

   acquired over 3.5 of GPA for each semester without a grade of 'F' in every course can apply for the scholarship.

   If you applied for leave of absence, your scholarship will be cancelled.

 

5. Application for classes

  a. Period : from Sep. 3rd(Thu) to Sep. 7th (Mon), 2015

  You can get information about classes from the coordinator in each department office.

 

6. Commencement of Fall Semester 2015

      : Aug. 31^st (Mon), 2015.

 

7. Student ID number

  Please check the attached file. You can find your Student ID number.

 

8. Student ID card.

  You can get your student ID card around the 1st week of September from each department office.

  And for that you have to make a consent form of using private information of yours by online.

9. Orientation for International students in 2015 Fall semester.

Session 1: Orientation for ALL New International Students (including graduate students) Date: 10:00am to 1pm, August 27th (Thu) Venue: Auditorium, Yulgok Hall

Session 2: Orientation for New Graduate Students (Excluding GSIS Students) Date: 2pm to 2:30 pm, August 27th (Thu) Venue: Rm 253, Yulgok Hall
