Dear All New International Students,

Greetings!  I hope that everyone is doing fine, and is getting adjusted to a new campus life, we have a beautiful weather these days, and hope you also enjoy!

Remember?  Tomorrow we will have Immigration Officers visiting our campus, and immigration services will be provided with all new international students.  Please come to the Immigration Service session and apply for your Alien Registration Card.  Please also remember that it will be first come first served and is limited up to 170 students! 

Service time is from 10:00 – 17:00, and the service will be closed on 17:00, and students should come at least by 16:00 to receive the service.

Place: Yulkok 154

From 09:20 am, Global Education Lounge will be opened as a waiting room, and students are welcome to come early..

When you come, there will be our student interns to review if you have brought all information correctly, and will give you a number ticket.  Students who receive a number ticket will be waiting at the Room 154 to receive the service. 

Please see the attached On campus Immigration service information, and prepare accordingly.  Application form and the sample were included in your Orientation package.  If lost, you can pick up the application form at the OIA.

모두 알고 계신바와 같이 내일 이동출입국이 방문하여 출입국 서비스를 진행할 예정입니다  먼저 오시는 대로 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있느니, 서둘러 오시기 바랍니다

이동출입국 외국인 등록 10:00 17:00 율곡관 154호

5시에 출입국 사무소 직원들이 모두 철수 예정입니다.  서비스를 받기 위해서는 늦어도 4시까지는 오셔야 서비스를 제공받을 수 있습니다

첨부 이동출입국 관련 안내를 참고하세요  외국인 등록 신청서 및 샘플이 오리엔테이션 자료에 같이 포함되어져 있었습니다.  만약 잃어버리셨으면, 국제협력팀에서 픽업하시기 바랍니다.
